 Abreia Reighard

Hi, I’m Abreia!

Born and raised in Butte, I’ve proudly called Gallatin County home for over 15 years. After high school, I began studying in the medical assistant program at MSU, but life had other plans. I took a job at a local bar and casino, and what started as a detour turned into a decade-long adventure behind the bar—one I still enjoy a few nights a week!

 

While bartending was full of great memories and connections, I eventually felt the pull toward a new passion: skincare. Having struggled with acne, dullness, and dehydration from a young age, I became deeply interested in understanding how skin really works—from the inside out. That curiosity (and a lot of personal experience!) led me to Amara Advanced School of Esthetics, where I became a licensed esthetician in 2019.

 

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to continue learning and evolving in the world of skincare. I absolutely love working with a diverse clientele—people from all walks of life and all corners of the country—which has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

 

There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel confident in their skin. Whether it’s crafting the perfect skincare routine or guiding clients through transformations, I’m here to help you glow—inside and out. My goal is simple: to help you feel beautiful, empowered, and confident every step of the way.

Policies & Pre/Post Care 

 

I appreciate your business, so much! So that I can best serve all my clients, please be advised of these policies.

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

Abreia Aesthetics accepts the following forms of payment:

-Cash

-Card

-Venmo

-Gift Certificate

*Starting April 1, 2022, clients may be required to have a valid card on file to continue booking with Abreia Aesthetics on Schedulicity.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for all retail orders ($100 shipping insurance on products is included)

BOOKING 

 

All appointment scheduling and booking goes through Vagaro.com. Please refrain from requesting appointments on social media or through text messaging, as it is not guaranteed that I will see it in a timely manner. 

ARRIVAL 

 

Limit additional guests. The studio is in a shared building with a small waiting area.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We have a wonderful waiting area inside of Emerald Studios. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Please consider giving yourself additional driving time when weather conditions are dangerous.

 

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious

illness as described below.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

 

As a licensed professional, Abreia Aesthetics (Abreia Reighard) reserves the right to refuse services at their discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients immediately. 

 

 

DUTY TO INFORM

 

Your full disclosure during pre-service consultations and treatments is mandatory! Abreia Aesthetics will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a client has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions

 

 

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

 

In Montana, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to make an appointment! 

 

 

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

 

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon

as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this

case, for your safety and that of other clients- but ASAP is appreciated.

 

NO-SHOW OR INCONSISTENCY

 

Please understand that there is a zero tolerance for clients that do no show up to a scheduled appointment, cancel within 24 hours of the appointment (see above), or clients that constantly reschedule/show up late. 

Clients that do not respect my time or schedule may be charged 100% of future services prior to appointment-- or blacklisted from booking with Abreia Aesthetics . 

 

SALE SERVICES ARE FINAL

 

All sales on services, treatments, and retail products are final. 

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership packages must be paid in full, at the time of signing up. Membership contracts are 12 month terms. F.O.M. treatments must be used monthly. Brazilian treatments must be used every 8 weeks. Roll overs are prohibited. There are no refunds or exchanges for the packages.* Memberships may only be used by one client. Memberships are not eligible for discounts or promotions.

*F.O.M Club: If a client has a sensitivity or allergy to a product used in a FOM, a "Just 4 you!" facial will be performed instead.  

 

GIFT CARDS

 

Gift cards must be used before expiration date 

Gift card may not be redeemable for cash and are NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are a No-Show for a scheduled treatment using your gift certificate, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment. You may also be blocked from booking future services for not showing up.

MINORS

All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form for ANY service. Forms must be signed in- person at Abreia Aesthetics. 

Service Policies

CONSENT 

Clients are required to sign a consent form, as well as a medical history and consultation form. By signing the mandatory paperwork, the client admits full disclosure, and exempts Abreia Aesthetics of any responsibility for any adverse reactions or contraindications due to misinformation. 

PREGNANCY

To provide the upmost safety and comfort for the client and baby, please inform Abreia Aesthetics of the pregnancy,  prior to receiving ANY service or treatment. 

WAXING

Abreia Aesthetics exclusively uses hard wax for all hair removal services. Clients must ensure they do not have any contraindications to receiving a wax service. Avoid any retinol, retinoids, or other active ingredients at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. It is recommended that the client arrive showered, exfoliated, and in comfortable clothing. If you are on your menstrual cycle, fresh tampons and hygiene products will be available. 

FACIAL TREATMENT

Clients must ensure they do not have any contraindications prior to receiving a facial treatment. It is the clients responsibility to inform Abreia Aesthetics of any sensitivities and/or allergies. It is recommended to consult with your physician or dermatologist in advance of scheduling an appointment. In preparation for a facial treatment - refrain from any active ingredients, especially retinols and retinoids, at least 72 hours beforehand. 

ADVANCED FACIAL TREATMENT

Clients are required to review and confirm that they have no contraindications to receiving any advanced facial treatment, including modality facials and chemical peels. Advanced facial treatments are only eligible to clients who have received a previous facial treatment. Proper skin preperation and post - treatment care are mandatory. Abreia Aesthetics is not responsible for any adverse reactions or contraindications due to improper pre/ post treatment.

 

LASHES

Clients must ensure they do not have any contraindications prior to receiving lash extensions. Please arrive to your lash service with clean, oil - free lashes. I always recommend wearing a loose hairstyle and comfortable outfit, as well as bringing some airpods. Avoid caffeine and smoking tobacco before your service. Follow proper aftercare instructions for the best results. 

MAKEUP

Clients are to confirm that they have no contraindications or allergies to products, prior to any makeup services. Client is advised to arrive at the appointment with clean, moisturized skin. Although Abreia Aestheitcs thrives off of client satisfaction, makeup is a form of art. All makeup service sales are final. 

Bridal Policies

The attachments below are the Bridal Policies at Abreia Aesthetics. Each bride will be required to read and agree to all of the terms,  before a final appointment can be scheduled.
